Celebrating St David's Day!

Whilst I was born in Barking, East London, I'm half Welsh via my mother and enjoyed many trips to the valleys to visit family as a child. This Friday, 1st March, not only do we celebrate St David's Day (the patron saint of Wales) but also my mum's birthday - what more excuse do you need to try a special Welsh traditional bake?
For one week only, we have Welsh Cakes, cooked on my grandmother's bake stone, in packs of 4 for just £3 - a perfect 'add to order' for the weekend...
Quick notice: I won’t be making Sourdoughs for Friday’s 1st & 8th March as I’m spending Thursday evenings on a Carbon Literacy Training Course. The wild yeasts will return on Friday 15th March…
*Order by 5pm Thursday for collection on Friday*

If you haven't ordered before, our whole range can be viewed by collection (e.g. White Bread, Blended Wheats, Sourdough, Special Grains, etc.), and can be ordered directly from our online store.

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
