Quinoa & Buckwheat (Gluten Free) Loaf
This delicious Quinoa loaf is made completely without any wheat products.
We appreciate that some people are allergic to wheat and/or gluten and do all we can to avoid cross contamination from the other products that we make.
We wash all the bread making equipment & sanitise surfaces before making this loaf then we cool it separately away from the wheat loaves for the same reasons.
Quinoa flour, Buckwheat flour, Shipton Mill Gluten Free White Bread Mix (maize starch, organic potato starch, tapioca starch, pea protein, white teff flour, sorghum flour, PDV salt, xanthan gum, organic guar gum), salt, yeast, rapeseed oil, water, with sunflower seeds on top!
