Classic Sourdough (new recipe)


This artisan loaf is made with wheat flour, salt and water. We cultivate natural wild yeasts to create an organic sourdough starter which encourages a slow gentle ferment that develops the classic complex flavours that makes this loaf wonderful fresh and fantastic when toasted.

Available with 100% White Flour or a blend with 20% Wholemeal Flour.

We have both round baskets and long baskets to prove this loaf in, if you have a preference on shape - do leave a note on your order...

As it takes 24 hours to create this loaf, orders must be made in advance. Thanks.
