Katie and I are very excited about going on a German Bread training course this Friday, 26th Feb, we will be learning how to make Pretzels, Bagels and a special Easter bread stuffed full of almond paste and poppy seeds...

We didn't want to close the micro bakery for the week so have instead reduced our offer and are intending to prepare the doughs before we go and get back in time to bake your bread.

We will still have our most popular bakes available and ask that you come a little later to collect them on this one occasion - we hope to be ready by 5.30pm.

Sara is getting back into cheese making and should have some Camembert for you to try in a few weeks time, as a result we now have an ongoing supply of whey and will be offering a new bread from this week, a Honey and Whey Loaf.

As usual, please could you place your orders by 5pm on Thursday (by 5pm Wednesday if you'd like Rye bread) and we look forward to telling you all about the new recipes that we've learnt from our training day.
