Over recent weeks, we've been having a weekly special on the Rye and Soda breads that Katie has been baking. However, this week, I've persuaded her to bake last week's specials* again as they tasted so good!
*I'm going to try and twist her arm to make these two a regular offer so that fans can order them any time they fancy them....
As we completely sold out last Friday, Katie and I have been baking bread for our families over the weekend and have begun to practise some sourdough recipes from a new book written by Jane Mason who trained us as Bread Angels. Many people who struggle with processed bread find that a sourdough loaf, with it's long fermentation, is much easier to digest than a bread made with manufactured yeast. Search our site for our currently selection of sourdough loaves and watch this space for the new recipes.
Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients...
On top of our regular bakes, this week's specials (Friday 20th May) are:

- Rye of the Week: Caraway & Fennel
- Soda Bread of the week: Irish Wheaten Loaf
All other products can be found by collection or by searching for your favourite.
Whilst our official opening times are 5-7pm, we do try to finish our baking earlier than that, so if you would like to pick up by a certain time, do leave a note on your order and we will try to plan our baking to allow that.
As always, please can we have your orders in by 5pm on Thursday (5pm Wednesday if you would like a Rye Loaf or Salad Leaves).
