Thanks so much to everyone who has supported our little bakery over the challenging times that this year has brought.
Whilst we are not yet at a 'new normal', many of us are starting to feel confident about doing things that we haven't done for a long time, be that shopping, visiting friends or maybe planning a short holiday.
For those of us not able to get away this summer, we will be here, not only baking for you but also running Online Bread Classes allowing you to try your hand at baking yourselves. If you've found yourselves ordering the same loaves every week, why not try something new? Our Seeded Spelt & Rye, pictured above, is a moist dark loaf packed full of seeds and perfect for Skandi-style open sandwiches. As they say, 'A change is as good as a rest'!
Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
