Baking for Jubilee Celebrations!

Whether you are planning a picnic, a street party or just fancy a nice slice of cake, we are baking this Friday, so pick your favourites for the long weekend!
Please note, we won't be baking on the bank holiday, Friday 3rd June, but all our products can be frozen in an airtight bag or container.
It was great, after a short break, to be baking again on Friday, we've just ordered extra flour so if you want scrumptious sandwiches, beautiful buns or a cake fit for a queen, we've got all your favourite bakes.
As the sun continues to shine, we’ve got some lovely courses lined up, including Full Day Bee Keeping and A Day at Hen Corner, as well as all our Bread & Baking courses.
This week’s featured bake is the family favourite Victoria Sandwich, a light vanilla sponge cake made with organic flour & free range eggs, filled with scrummy strawberry jam.
Did you know that you can order your bakes weeks in advance? Have a look around the site and plan your next basket of bread!
If you'd like to try our bread, our whole range can be viewed by collection (e.g. White Bread, Blended Flours, Sourdough, Special Grains, etc.), and can be ordered directly from our online store.
Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
