Whoo Hoo! We've won an award...
We were very honoured last week to have been recognised at the Urban Food Awards in a special category, Women in Food: The women putting good food on London’s plate. More over on the Hen Corner website.
Just a little reminder that, due to Sara taking Hen Corner up to Alexandra Palace for the Country Living Magazine Spring Fair, the Micro Bakery won't be open this week on Friday 29th March.
Whilst we are at the fair, we will be demonstrating easy Hot Cross Buns in the Country Living Kitchen, we've posted the recipe over on the Hen Corner website so you can have a go and bake at home...
We are back again baking on Friday 5th April then the next little adjustment is Easter weekend when we will be baking on Thursday 18th allowing you to have hot cross buns for breakfast on Good Friday morning.
I hope this all makes sense, and if last week's bread starts to get a little dry, it'll make perfect toast!
