Fridays are great aren’t they!
I remember Fridays as a child, coming home to a long weekend of ‘anything but school’. As a teenager, Friday nights were always free from homework. Now as an adult, there’s still that sense of achievement of reaching the end of another working week which deserves a little celebration.
Rather than reaching for the processed snacks (it’s not that difficult to munch through a whole sharing bag is it?), why not make Focaccia your reward of choice? It is delicious with drinks before Friday night dinner, or simply shines in an easy buffet of charcuterie and cheese in front of the TV. Of course it stays fresh in an airtight container throughout the weekend and can be frozen for later next week if you have other plans…

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
