Oh my, how did we get to May?

But bring on the sunshine, I’m ready…

Our chickens are allowed to free range again, we’ve got some lovely courses lined up, including Full Day Bee Keeping and A Day at Hen Corner, and we are back to baking regularly again.

This week’s featured loaf is the popular Wessex Cobber, a light malted loaf that is so tasty!

Did you know that you can order your bakes weeks in advance? Have a look around the site and plan your next basket of bread!

If you'd like to try our bread, our whole range can be viewed by collection (e.g. White Bread, Blended Flours, Sourdough, Special Grains, etc.), and can be ordered directly from our online store. 

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
