Thank you to all who came to buy bread last Friday, especially to those who took a chance and bought some of our new Cinnamon & Raisin Bagels. This was a spontaneous 'I wonder what would happen if I just added cinnamon & raisins to the bagel dough?' and we were very pleased with how they came out... Feel free to pop a couple into your basket when you order this week!
Here at Hen Corner, we've got some exciting things coming up over the coming weeks and just want to keep you updated with a few changes.
1) This week, we are spending Thursday making some Christmas recipe films, unfortunately, this means that we have to reduce the range of sourdoughs available this week, Friday 3rd Nov.
2) Next week, I (Sara) am giving demonstrations at the Country Living Christmas Fair every day (except Friday 10th when we are baking for you). Again, the range of sourdoughs will be reduced.
3) Friday 1st December - (Bakery Closed), just for one week we are on a break before a three week festive bake off with our traditional full range of Christmas treats, cakes, preserve & hampers.
As always, the best way to ensure that you get what you fancy is to place an order before 5pm on a Thursday, then we can bake your treats especially for you, ready for collection on Friday between 5-7pm.
