Back in October 2015, we accidentally opened a micro-bakery that went on to serve over 1,530 household over the next ten years. Running the bakery simply because local people wanted to buy my bread has been a real honour.

Looking forward, a priority for Hen Corner is to encourage as many people as possible to live sustainably through our courses, events and writing. 

Unfortunately, we won't be running a Christmas Bakery Day this year (as orginially planned), but really don't want you to miss out on all of your favourite treats, so are offering all previous Bakery Customers, 20% off our Introduction to Christmas Baking course on Tuesday 16th December or Thursday 18th December.
