Happy New Year!
I do hope that you found a good balance of celebration and rest over the holidays, and like me, maybe with some time for reflection?
Whether you are signing up for Veganuary, starting a new diet or just trying to be more mindful about what we eat, we hope to have something for you here.
I've created a new loaf, which is available from this Friday, 10th January, that combines some really tasty nutritious ingredients resulting in a high fibre, higher protein bread that's naturally low in fat, salt and no added sugar.
Introducing our Seeded Spelt & Rye I think it's best sliced thinly and, with a moist texture, doesn't need any butter ;)

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
