On your marks, get set, bake!

Oh my, where did the last couple of months go?

Thank you for your patience whilst the bakery has been closed, we've enjoyed holidays, a trip to France (planning something special for next year), a week camping with the children from church and many more exciting things.

Whilst the bakery has been closed, Hen Corner has still been busy running courses, picking fruit, making jam, etc. and, as promised, we tried a few new bakes!

We are now pleased to introduce a new loaf, our Sunflower Malt Sourdough Basket, we were very pleased with the practise bakes and hope that you'll like it too.

We've got some exciting news from Katie, she has decided to go back to Uni along with all the other new students and will be studying, locally, for a MSc Psychology Conversion. Unfortunately, this means that she won't be available anymore for our bakery on Fridays :( We've really loved working together on this and are going to miss her very much.

For now, I'm going to do my best to fulfil the orders. We have reduced the range available to make it a bit more manageable for one person and will see how it goes each week.

So we are open again, baking this Friday, and look forward to receiving your orders!

If your favourite is not available this week, let us know and we'll try to incorporate it into the schedule.

So have a look around, let us know what you fancy (by Thursday 5pm) and we can get started!

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
