Preparing for Easter...

Thanks for your patience whilst we were closed last Friday, Sara was busy baking Hot Cross Buns at Alexandra Palace and is calculating how many hundred we will be baking over the next week or so...

We are back baking again this Friday, 5th April, then the next little adjustment is Easter weekend when we will be baking on Thursday 18th allowing you to have hot cross buns for breakfast on Good Friday morning.

Something new that we are offering this Easter is our Apricot Couronne, a lovely treat for afternoon tea!

We've had a bit of a tidy up of the online store to make it easier for you to find the products that you want. We've changed the collections to reflect the type of dough used and then you can choose the individual shape/size/product from there. We hope it helps! We've got some lovely loaves that people don't seem to find, why not try something different and let us know what you think of the new categories...

If you can't find your favourite, just type it into the search bar - we want to make things as easy as possible!

So have a look around, let us know what you fancy (by Thursday 5pm) and we can get started!

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
