Preparing for the Countdown!

What a wonderful warm October we had - I even collected a swarm of bees (swarm season is traditionally May - July).
We are now in November and with the wet and windy weather and darker evenings we can look forward to fireworks, bonfires and the delights of the festive season. 
We will be unveiling our full Christmas range nearer the time, but whilst we prepare, we are delighted to be supplying the Tony's Chocolonely Countdown Calendar packed with the most ethical chocolate we can find and telling the story of how they are doing all they can to bring justice and fair opportunities to all who help bring us this delicious chocolate. We have a limited supply and are selling them at a very competitive price here.
We are baking as usual this week, then are live on stage at the Country Living Christmas Fair next week, followed by a range of wonderful baking courses.

For collection on Friday (5-7pm),  please order online in advance by 5pm on a Thursday.

Did you know that you can order your bakes weeks in advance? Have a look around the site and plan your next basket of bread!

If you haven't ordered before, our whole range can be viewed by collection (e.g. White Bread, Blended Flours, Sourdough, Special Grains, etc.), and can be ordered directly from our online store. 

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
