This week marks the beginning of Sourdough September - a whole month where we can celebrate the joys that are created using simply flour, salt, water and time.
We have brought back our entire range of sourdough bread, which was temporarily on hold during the increased orders of lockdown, and will be trying a new Rosemary & Olive Oil Sourdough from this Friday, 4th September.
We are also running Online Bread Classes allowing you to try your hand at baking yourselves. If you are interested in joining us for a class, I'm offering 15% discount to all Bakery customers who have placed orders since March - please get in touch for more details.
Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
