This month is, as always, is Sourdough Septemberand as well as baking you wonderful Sourdough Bread, we are also running a course, Full Day Making Sourdough, next week on Tuesday 13th September. As autumn beckons we have a brand new bake that I’m sure you’ll love, English Muffins. These English Muffins are the perfect base for Eggs Benedict, toasted with cheese or simply served warm with jam.
