Subscribers of the Hen Corner Blog will have read all about out exciting new bread course Introduction to Scandinavian Bakingand, whilst some previous course guests have booked in rather quickly, we still have a few spaces for Tuesday 27th June if you fancy trying your hand at the recipes below:

Kardemummabullar– Cardamom Knots – Soft, sweet and subtly spiced
Grotbrod– Oat Porridge Loaf – My new favourite for breakfast toast
Froet Rugbrod– Seeded Rye Loaf – A classic for open sandwiches ‘pass the gravlax…’
Knackebrod– Sourdough Rye Crispbread – Just like those posh ones in the delis!
We usually have a break over the summer and we ask you to forgive us that this year will be a slightly longer break as we take the chickens on tour to RHS Hampton Court and Tatton Park for their Garden Festival and Flower Show.
So click on your favourite bakes and fill your freezer!
Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
