We're Jammin'

In the midst of summer, we love to preserve the wonderful tastes and smells from seasonal fruit and vegetables...

Whilst our main preserving of pickles and chutneys doesn't start until September, June and July mark the height of the strawberry season. There’s not usually enough home grown strawberries left for jam making as we can’t resist eating them fresh in desserts, on cakes or just in a bowl with cream. However, strawberry jam, with whole fruits, is really the nicest home made jam you can make, so we popped out to a pick your own farm to make this especially for you!

With our Rye of the week loaves, we now offer a choice of flour blends: 100% Rye is quite a dense loaf but is completely wheat free, the Rye & Wheat blend is a lighter loaf that's just as tasty!

If you have dietary requirements and would like us to exclude an ingredient from a recipe, please let us know...

All other products can be found by collection or by searching for your favourite.

Whilst our official opening times are 5-7pm, we do try to finish our baking earlier than that, so if you would like to pick up by a certain time, do leave a note on your order and we will try to plan our baking to allow that.

As always, please can we have your orders in by 5pm on Thursday (5pm Wednesday if you would like a Rye Loaf).
