We've opened a new sack of flour and are ready to bake!

Welcome to our Bakery Blog, for the full Hen Corner site, please see here.

We are back in the swing of regular baking and, if you haven't tried them yet, I'd love to introduce you to a couple of favourite loaves of mine:

Cotswold Eight Grain (pictured)

This is made with an award winning speciality blend of eight grains, including rye, oats, maize and wheat, along with seeds to produce a wholesome strong multigrain bread flour.

Organic Cotswold Crunch

This bread is a real winner due to its flavoursome, malty aroma with added texture from the wheat flakes.

Both breads are available in a variety of shapes and sizes or as rolls.

Fancy learning to bake your own bread?

Why not plan ahead and book before the end of January to avoid this? Our full range of courses can be found here. Of course, if you’ve been before, get in touch directly for 20% off your future bookings.

Weekly Micro Bakery

For collection on Friday (5-7pm),  please orders online by 5pm on a Thursday.

Did you know that you can order your bakes weeks in advance? Have a look around the site and plan your next basket of bread!

If you haven't ordered before, our whole range can be viewed by collection (e.g. White Bread, Blended Wheats, Sourdough, Special Grains, etc.), and can be ordered directly from our online store.

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.

Thanks and we hope to see you soon,

Sara
