Our good friend, Thomas, keeps his bees at various apiaries around West London. He doesn't keep them at home as he lives on a narrow boat that cruises up and down the canals and waterways, if he kept hives on the roof of the boat, the bees would get lost every time he moved upstream!

He is an excellent bee keeper who has won many awards at The National Honey Show, he blogs at Beekeeping Afloat and is a member of the Harrow Bee Keeping Association. He is also works for DEFRA as a Seasonal Bee Inspector supporting most of us bee keepers in London.
