Easter Apricot Couronne - Great Taste Award

A beautiful crown to celebrate Easter.

Only available Thursday 17th April

Medium serves 3-4, Large serves 6-8

An enriched dough folded around a filling of apricots, pecans and brown sugar and wound into a wreath before baking. Finished with a glaze of apricot jam and a drizzle of icing.

Ingredients: wheat flour, salt, yeast, sugar, butter, milk, egg, orange, apricots, raisins, pecans, almonds
