How lovely that Spring is now definitely here!
We've had some ups and downs over the last couple of months with the #BeastFromTheEast, a Bank Holiday Friday and a Closed Friday, but we are now Business as Usual, baking every Friday right up until 20th* July. *edited
We will then be closed for August, as usual, allowing us all to have a well deserved break.
We know that everyone has their favourite products from our bakery and we can often guess which order belongs to which customer based on the bread that they choose, but our clever website keeps all the stats and reveals the top products as ordered by you, so far this year:
- Cinnamon Swirl 130 orders - increased sales by 165%
- French Baguette 126 orders - increased sales by 404%
- Hot Cross Buns (Easter only) 108 orders - increased sales by 40%
- Chocolate Chilli Squares 105 orders - increased sales by 184%
- Classic Sourdough 97 orders - increased sales by 439%
As regular customers know, the new ordering system will no longer accept orders after 5pm the day before you want to collect, so do let us know what you fancy earlier in the week.
If you realise that you've missed the 5pm deadline, do look out for our spare bakes that we post on our Facebook Group on Friday afternoons, I'm sure we'll have something available that you'll like!

Don't forget that all our loaves are made with organic flour and ethically sourced ingredients and everything can be frozen if you don't think you'll eat it all straight away.
