Thank you to all who came to buy bread last Friday, it was great to meet a few new customers, we hope you enjoyed your bakes!
If your New Year's resolution is to eat better, then let us reassure you that our bread is #RealBread with no additives or preservatives, using organic ingredients where possible to avoid even more nasties.
As we use traditional methods to slow ferment our loaves, many people find our bread easier to digest as the fermentation is completed before the bread is baked rather than in our tummies (as can be the case with intensively mass produced bread).
If you want to choose the best loaves for fibre, vitamins and minerals, the loaves containing wholemeal flour could be the ones for you!
